- Coordinate and collate board packs for key internal committees.
- Support with Companies House filings, including confirmation statements and director changes.
- Maintain company secretarial records, registers, and structure charts.
- Respond to internal and external information requests.
- Support the Company Secretary with administrative duties and document coordination.
