C&C Search is currently recruiting a Client Operations Manager in Mayfair on a 6-12 month FTC to start ASAP for a fantastic luxury company with beautiful offices.

  • Position: Client Operations Manager – supporting the smooth running of client operations in a luxury preventative health clinic
  • Term: 6-12 month FTC
  • Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience) + free lunch provided

Key responsibilities for this Client Operations Manager position:

  • Optimising and overseeing client booking processes to ensure seamless onboarding and efficient scheduling
  • Coordinating closely with the medical and client services teams to manage consultations, testing logistics, diaries and external bookings
  • Maintaining operational excellence across medical room management, stock control and equipment upkeep
  • Liaising with external providers and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless service delivery and supplier compliance
  • Supporting data and documentation processes, ensuring strict confidentiality and organisational efficiency
  • Working with cross-functional teams to refine operational processes and support a gold-standard client experience
