C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive and Team Assistant to support senior leadership within a high‑performing, fast‑paced organisation in London. Position: Executive and Team Assistant
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Hybrid set up: Minimum 3 set days in the office

Key responsibilities for this Executive and Team Assistant position:
- Provide proactive diary and meeting coordination for senior stakeholders
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations and follow‑up actions
- Collate information from internal systems and produce clear reports and summaries
- Support team operations, helping to maintain strong workflow, organisation and communication
- Coordinate travel, logistics and business‑related arrangements when required
- Assist with internal and external meetings, events, and stakeholder interactions
- Maintain oversight of office operations to ensure a smooth and professional environment
- Act as a trusted point of contact, handling information with discretion and care
- Contribute to company culture by supporting team initiatives, meetings and social events
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- At least 3 years’ experience in a professional office environment
- Experience supporting senior leadership or commercial teams
