C&C Search is currently recruiting a Chief of Staff to act as the right hand to the CEO. The Chief of Staff must have strong project management experience and investor relations exposure.
Position: Chief of Staff
Salary: Up to £120,000 DOE
Hybrid set up: 5 days in the office

Key responsibilities for this Chief of Staff position:
- Support project delivery by tracking timelines, budgets, and documentation.
- Assist with investment‑related processes, including maintaining databases and coordinating due diligence.
- Compile financial information and background research for senior discussions.
- The Chief of Staff will work directly alongside the CEO and leadership team, supporting major initiatives, investor communications and cross‑business projects while bringing structure and clarity to an ambitious scaling organization.
Background and experience requirements:
- Experience within Private Equity, investment firms or PE‑backed businesses.
- Investor Relations exposure and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
- Strong project ownership and delivery capability.
- The ability to navigate complexity and drive initiatives forward.
- Experience supporting C‑suite leaders in high‑growth environments.
- Technically proficient across Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
