Position details
- Position: Standalone Receptionist – front of house for a corporate finance team in the City
- Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
- Hybrid set up: 5 days in

Key responsibilities
- All reception and front of house duties, acting as the primary point of contact
- Meeting and greeting visitors, managing meeting rooms, and maintaining a professional client experience
- Managing calls, messages, bookings, catering, couriers, post and supporting the wider corporate finance team
- Liaising with EAs, housekeeping, building management and ensuring smooth daily office operations
- Assisting with admin tasks, database updates, travel support and confidential matters
Background and experience required
Someone with proven reception or front of house experience (ideally 3+ years) within a prestigious or corporate environment. Exceptional communication, strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, confidence handling competing deadlines, polished presentation, proactive attitude and strong Microsoft Office skills.
