Position: Executive Assistant / Office Manager
Salary: £50,000 – £65,000
Hybrid set up: London-based, hybrid working

Responsibilities
- Provide full executive support to a Senior Management Team member, managing a busy diary, phone, and meeting schedule across multiple time zones
- Coordinate complex international and domestic travel, itineraries, and expenses
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports to a high standard
- Draft and distribute meeting agendas and materials, including PowerPoint updates
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and visitors
- Support cross-functional collaboration across business units and administrative teams
- Oversee office management duties including events, logistics, and supplier coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced corporate or financial services environment
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a confident, professional demeanour
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and shifting deadlines
- Discreet, proactive, and solutions-oriented with a collaborative team approach
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Concur
