C&C Search are recruiting for a permanent Receptionist to work for a global consultancy in the West End.

Position: Receptionist

Salary: £30000 – £36000

Hybrid set up: 5 days per week in the office (shifts between 7am – 7pm)

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet clients acting as an ambassador for the company
• Managing meeting rooms – bookings, set up and troubleshooting
• Providing refreshments and serving guests, ensuring rooms are reset to an immaculate standard after each meeting
• Ordering supplies, restocking and reporting any issues to facilities/IT

Background and experience

You must be an experienced Receptionist with a flair for customer service, experience within a 5* hotel or similar and looking to move into a corporate role. Amazing training and development opportunities long term.
