Position:
Investment Temp to Perm Team Assistant – supporting a group of 8 senior investment professionals across a dynamic and high-performing Investments function.
Salary:
£35,000 – £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hybrid set-up:
4 days in the office

Key responsibilities for this Investment Team Assistant position:
• Coordinating internal and external meetings, often across time zones
• Arranging complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transfers
• Submitting and reconciling expenses efficiently and accurately
• Organising hospitality and event logistics, including restaurant bookings and venue sourcing
• Providing ad hoc support on document formatting, presentation preparation, and team logistics
What background and experience are the company looking for?
• Proven experience as a Team Assistant, PA, or EA supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced setting
• Strong diary and travel management skills, with confidence handling complex scheduling
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to liaise with senior-level individuals
