Job Title: Talent Coordinator
Temporary
Location: Leighton Buzzard / Hybrid working
Salary: Up to £15 p/h

What would I be doing day to day?
- Managing recruitment processes for operational and business support positions end-to-end
- Directly sourcing candidates utilising systems such as Reed and Indeed
- Maintaining strong communication with candidates and guiding them through the recruitment process
- Managing the RTW and referencing process
- Liaising with fulfilment centres across the UK and Germany
- Assisting with HR admin tasks on an ad hoc basis
What is the company looking for?
- Minimum 2+ years\’ experience in Talent Acquisition
- Fluent in German essential (verbal, reading and writing)
- Experience recruiting across operational and/or business support roles
- Ability to complete RTW checks across UK and Germany
- Strong communication skills and high levels of candidate care
- Muck in attitude and an ability to work at pace
