What would I be doing day to day?

Please note: part-time EA to CFO & General Counsel position, ongoing temp for 3 days a week.

Who am I supporting: EA to CFO & General Counsel

  • Complex diary management.
  • International travel bookings, travel logistics, and complex visas.
  • Processing expenses and invoices.
  • Scheduling meetings and supporting on board meetings.
  • Supporting with process improvements.
  • Managing town halls and presentation materials.
  • Creating POs.
  • Assisting with event organization.
  • Ad hoc admin responsibilities.

What is the company looking for?

  • Ideally, you will have proven EA experience supporting at a senior level and be immediately available.
  • Experience within professional services is preferred.
  • Experience within a very fast-paced, busy environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A very strong attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask.
  • Great working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
