Position : Operations Assistant
Hybrid set up: 4 days in office and 1 from home ideally (weekly basis)

Key responsibilities for this Operations Assistant position:
- Being the point of contact and handling queries for events and programmes
- Inbox management and scheduling
- Managing and updating CRM system
- Coordinating event logistics and supporting with marketing and comms
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Previous experience within an operations or admin role ideally for a not-for-profit or similiar environment
- Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft packages (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong team player with experience of working in a fast paced environment in hyper growth
