This Role Is All About Growing Independence. As Preschool Room Leader, you’ll lead a team focused on helping children develop the confidence, resilience, and skills they need for school and beyond. You’ll create an engaging environment where children can explore their interests, develop friendships, build early literacy and numeracy skills, and learn how to solve problems, express themselves, and take pride in their achievements. Every day will be about supporting children to become independent, curious learners who are ready for the exciting transition into primary school.
