Someone who can turn fresh ingredients into meals that power play, learning, and the occasional spontaneous happy dance. If you love cooking wholesome, nutritious food, enjoy being part of a lively nursery environment, and don’t mind honest (and enthusiastic) feedback from your smallest critics “YUM!”, “More pasta please!” then this could be the tastiest role you’ve ever taken on.

You time will be spent in the kitchen cooking up a storm, our shifts patterns range between 8-5 or 9-5 depending on the day and how many hungry tummies we have to feed - we offer a 38 hour contract!

What Your Day Might Look Like:

  • Creating delicious, balanced meals that keep our little learners energised and smiling
  • Preparing snacks so good the team may hover nearby (they’ll ask politely… mostly!)
  • Planning menus that are nutritious, exciting, and inclusive of dietary requirements
  • Keeping the kitchen sparkling clean, safe, and running like a well‑oiled machine
  • Working closely with the nursery team to support happy, positive mealtimes
  • Helping children build healthy food habits because big learning often starts with small bites
