About the Role
- Create a nurturing, stimulating environment where children feel confident to explore, take risks, imagine boldly, and express themselves freely
- Champion child-led learning from dinosaur excavations and high-speed car tracks to immersive role play and captivating storytelling
- Build strong, secure attachments through a thoughtful and meaningful key person approach
- Inspire communication, independence, and social development through everyday routines and playful interactions
- Work in close partnership with families and colleagues to support each child’s unique learning journey
