At our Big Bird Nursery we are now looking for bank staff to support in our setting. This role is a zero hour contract, working as Bank Staff working as when we need support within our Nursery.

Salaries are based on zero hour contract at up to £14.43 per hour depending on experience and qualification, together with great benefits

As a Nursery Assistant (Bank Staff) you will

  • Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments and resources to children that are appropriate to their age and stage of development
  • Enhance the all-around daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social and emotional development
  • Assist with embedding an effective key person approach to enable children to form secure attachments.
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent and visitor always
  • Work within a team to support all children and team members within your room
  • Understand and ensure that the requirements of the curriculum are being met
  • Ideally with an Early Years Qualification or with experience of working with the Under 5s.
