In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced practitioners, supporting children through play‑based learning, outdoor exploration, and creative experiences. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Learning the ropes while helping to create playful, meaningful learning experiences
- Supporting little explorers through their physical, social, and emotional adventures
- Building warm, secure relationships as part of our key person approach
- Helping keep children safe, happy, and thriving — with plenty of team support
- Discovering how play sparks imagination (and sometimes a little mess!)
- Working towards your Early Years qualification with guidance from people who care
