C&C Life Sciences is partnering with a leading medical device company specialising in innovative solutions within the Medical Capital Equipment space. The organisation has a strong international footprint and a long-standing reputation for delivering high quality, single use products that support better patient outcomes across global healthcare systems.

This is a full time, field based position covering the Southwest region. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will lead commercial activity across your territory, developing strong relationships with clinicians, theatre teams, and key decision makers across NHS and private hospitals.

You will identify and convert new business opportunities, deliver engaging product demonstrations, and provide hands on clinical training to support product adoption. Working closely with internal teams, you will contribute to territory strategy while maintaining full autonomy in managing your regional pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales performance across the Southwest UK territory
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospital stakeholders, including clinicians and procurement teams
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
