About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Administrator with a strong eye for detail to support our growing operations. You’ll play a key role in keeping our internal processes running smoothly while helping maintain clear and professional communication with our clients. This is a part‑time position. Key Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers by coordinating schedules, documentation, and timelines
  • Act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and excellent service
  • Health & Safety documentation, Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Safe Systems of Work etc to meet and satisfy HSE Regulations are supplied to the operational team
  • Provide general administrative support to keep operations running efficiently
