We are seeking a Business Change Manager to lead the business transformation workstream within an assigned project plan. The role defines the approach and deliverables aligned with timeframes, cost, quality, scope, benefits and risk performance goals as set out by the Programme Director.
Responsibilities
- Creation of business transformation plan and associated communication and engagement activities for the assigned project using creative engagement techniques.
- Managing resource within the project to achieve the deliverables of the business transformation plan.
- Ensure that tasks are delivered to the assigned timeframes, thinking creatively to get the task done when under pressure.
- Managing project tasks to completion, successfully achieving the desired outcomes within set timeframes and cost, with the minimum of business risk.
- Driving the successful outcome with stakeholders, managing the project team members and project support to deliver the project outcome.
- Ensuring that any assigned project support functions are organised appropriately – able to multi-task and reprioritise.
- Due consideration to be given and applied to stakeholder management - ensuring that all stakeholders are appropriately informed and consulted.
- Design and manage required workshops.
Qualifications
You're a proactive and solutions-focused professional with a strong track record in task management and team leadership. You bring hands-on experience in system and ERP transitions, using data analysis and creative thinking to solve complex challenges and deliver impactful solutions. Your understanding of project management techniques is matched by your knowledge of quality management principles, system processes, and value chain efficiency. You're confident in leading teams to deliver tasks effectively and are passionate about training others on new processes to embed lasting change.
