Overview We’re looking for an experienced iTrent Technical Support Specialist to support our HR systems function. This is a hands‑on role focused on system configuration, integrations, and ensuring the stability and security of our iTrent environment. About the Role * Manage and enhance iTrent, including upgrades, integrations, and troubleshooting * Streamline and automate reporting and HR processes * Act as a key contact for system and data queries across HR * Support delivery of the HR technology roadmap and system projects * Identify trends, improve data quality, and support strategic decision-making * Build and deliver insightful HR reports and dashboards (Power BI, Business Objects, Excel) * Create documentation, user guides, and deliver training across the business * Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security of HR systems About You * Strong experience managing HRIS (iTrent essential) * Experience improving systems, processes, and data quality * Advanced reporting skills (Business Objects, Power BI, Excel) * Confident working with HR data, analytics, and dashboards * Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills * High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities Desirable * Experience with HR system implementations or integrations * Knowledge of SQL or Python * Background in FMCG or complex, multi‑site environments Equal Opportunity We encourage people from all backgrounds to apply.
