We’re looking for an experienced iTrent Technical Support Specialist to support our HR systems function. This is a hands‑on role focused on system configuration, integrations, and ensuring the stability and security of our iTrent environment.

About the Role

  • Manage and enhance iTrent, including upgrades, integrations, and troubleshooting
  • Streamline and automate reporting and HR processes
  • Act as a key contact for system and data queries across HR
  • Support delivery of the HR technology roadmap and system projects
  • Identify trends, improve data quality, and support strategic decision-making
  • Build and deliver insightful HR reports and dashboards (Power BI, Business Objects, Excel)
  • Create documentation, user guides, and deliver training across the business
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security of HR systems

About You

  • Strong experience managing HRIS (iTrent essential)
  • Experience improving systems, processes, and data quality
  • Advanced reporting skills (Business Objects, Power BI, Excel)
  • Confident working with HR data, analytics, and dashboards
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Desirable

  • Experience with HR system implementations or integrations
  • Knowledge of SQL or Python
  • Background in FMCG or complex, multi‑site environments
