About You: Whether you possess a robust On Trade background in Account Management and aspire to collaborate with a market leader or have first-hand knowledge of our sector from behind the bar, we're here to support your journey to expertise. What matters most is your tenacity and drive to deliver results. Connecting with customers and possessing commercial acumen are key attributes. If you have potential, we'll equip you with our systems and empower your career to soar. A WSET qualification minimum level 2 is desirable but not essential; it takes more than that to stand out – this is about harnessing your innate people skills. Armed with a full driving licence (maximum six points), you'll be ready to embark on a journey covering primarily the Cumbria and Lake District area.
