What you\’ll do
- Working with the National Account Directors and teams alike you\’ll help grow our annual margin and revenue through specific accounts.
- Review alongside our Finance Department the GMAR2 reports.
- Maintain and review Accounts and Prospect networks.
- Bring on New Business with our preferred brands.
- Monthly review, internal and external to cover account profitability, taking account of product mix, fixed contribution after variable cost and other attributable ‘costs to serve’.
- Maintenance of stock forecasts to ensure the National Account Stock Controller is aware of de listings and newly listed products.
- Network within Bibendum, Key Customers and prospects to raise the profile of Bibendum within the customer channels.
- Responsible for day-to-day account management.
- Work through the MPM marketing function to deliver growth initiatives and point of purchase excellence.
- Gather, manage and interpret data to provide growth opportunities.
- Construct and present commercial propositions.
About you
- Demonstrable experience of account negotiation at a Senior Level.
- Knowledge of all Bibendum wines sales and marketing objectives.
- Detailed understanding of Account Profitability and Business Planning Skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable experience of multiple operators / major account handling.
- Numeric Skills commensurate with Senior Level Account Negotiation.
- Good PC Skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Experience of account negotiation at a HO level.
- Demonstrable experience of Account Profitability.
- Experience of influencing at a senior decision maker level.
- Knowledge of all drinks categories is required with strong wine knowledge an advantage.
- Educated to Degree Level or equivalent.
- WSET Level 2 Certificate minimum standard.
- Full Driving Licence 6 points max.
