We’re looking for an experienced iTrent Technical Support Specialist to support our HR systems function. This is a hands‑on role focused on system configuration, integrations, and ensuring the stability and security of our iTrent environment.
About the Role
- Manage and enhance iTrent, including upgrades, integrations, and troubleshooting
- Streamline and automate reporting and HR processes
- Act as a key contact for system and data queries across HR
- Support delivery of the HR technology roadmap and system projects
- Identify trends, improve data quality, and support strategic decision-making
- Build and deliver insightful HR reports and dashboards (Power BI, Business Objects, Excel)
- Create documentation, user guides, and deliver training across the business
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security of HR systems
About You
- Strong experience managing HRIS (iTrent essential)
- Experience improving systems, processes, and data quality
- Advanced reporting skills (Business Objects, Power BI, Excel)
- Confident working with HR data, analytics, and dashboards
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Desirable
- Experience with HR system implementations or integrations
- Knowledge of SQL or Python
- Background in FMCG or complex, multi‑site environments
