Role Summary
We’re looking for a Senior HSE Advisor to assist the Site HSE Manager in delivering health, safety, and environmental procedures aligned with Group Policies and Management Standards. This role ensures robust risk assessments, safe work practices, and effective operational training so every employee can work confidently and safely.
What You’ll Do
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to drive HSE compliance and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate actions from audits and incident trends, ensuring timely closure of non-conformances.
- Partner with operational teams to implement and monitor procedures aligned with Group Standards.
- Deliver internal HSE training and promote capability improvement programs.
- Facilitate risk assessments and identify effective control measures to minimize hazards.
- Support behavioral safety initiatives and lead site safety walks and engagement forums.
- Assist with accident investigations and communicate key learnings to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure emergency response plans and health surveillance programs are in place and effective.
- Oversee contractor activities, including permit-to-work compliance.
- Contribute to environmental initiatives such as pollution control, waste management, and sustainability.

- Technical qualifications in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, OTHM).
- Affiliate membership with a professional body (e.g., IOSH).
