Purpose

To design, facilitate and embed high-impact learning experiences that build the capabilities, behaviours and mindsets needed to deliver C&C’s business ambition.

This role sits at the centre of Talent Development, providing specialist facilitation expertise that can be deployed across the organisation in response to business-prioritised learning needs.

Travel across the UK will be required, and occasional overnight stays.

About the Role

  • Facilitate impactful learning programmes across face-to-face, virtual and digital formats.
  • Design engaging learning content and learner journeys using modern instructional design techniques.
  • Create high-quality materials using tools such as Articulate and 7Taps.
  • Support colleagues to apply learning in their day-to-day roles.
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness and use insights to continuously improve programmes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver learning that drives behaviour change and business performance.
  • Stay ahead of learning trends, best practices, and digital innovations.

About You

  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Experience designing and delivering engaging learning solutions.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and team effectiveness frameworks.
  • Experience with digital learning authoring tools (Articulate, 7Taps or similar).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Organised, proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • Experience of Learning Management Systems (Thrive desirable).

Desirable

  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent L&D qualification.
  • Coaching, facilitation or train-the-trainer certification.
  • Experience evaluating learning impact (e. g. Kirkpatrick).
  • Knowledge of the drinks industry or a similar commercial environment.
