About the Role
If you’re early in your digital marketing career and passionate about the drinks industry, this is an opportunity to build experience in a fast‑paced, creative environment. You’ll gain hands‑on experience working across some of the biggest consumer brands in the UK and Ireland, including Tennent’s Lager, Bulmers Irish Cider and Magners Irish Cider, while also developing performance‑led B2B digital marketing experience across our wholesale businesses. This role comes with genuine responsibility from day one. You’ll help grow engaged online communities through thoughtful interaction, strong storytelling and well‑crafted digital communications, while building a broad foundation in modern digital marketing.
Key Accountabilities
This role is designed for an ambitious digital marketer at the start of their career. Someone curious, hands‑on, and keen to build experience across multiple disciplines. You’ll work across a broad mix of channels, while developing a well‑rounded understanding of modern digital marketing.
- On Social
- Owning day‑to‑day community management across our portfolio of brands, engaging with comments, DMs and user‑generated content.
- Proactively identifying and joining relevant conversations using our social media tools, helping our brands show up authentically online.
- Spotting trends, cultural moments and emerging niches that can inform content ideas and broaden reach.
- Working across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit and emerging platforms as they evolve.
- Measuring and reporting on performance, using insight to help improve future activity.
- On Email
- Writing branded emails for our subscriber base, spanning both brand‑building and performance‑led campaigns.
- Supporting the day‑to‑day management of our CRM, ensuring excellent data hygiene and best‑practice data management.
- Tracking and reporting on email performance to understand what works and why.

- Contribute to website and digital projects, supporting landing page builds and site updates.
- Help create SEO‑focused web content that balances brand storytelling with performance.
- Support the delivery of paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Bing and other platforms.
- Assist with reporting to share key results, learnings and opportunities with wider teams.
- Support the smooth running of the digital team through essential admin and coordination tasks.
About you
Demonstratable experience in managing digital marketing, whether through education or career. Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone of voice across different brands, audiences and channels, particularly social and email. Experience managing online communities, engaging audiences in a thoughtful, authentic way. This could be through work, education, placements or personal projects. Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage consumers, customers and internal stakeholders clearly and professionally.
