Overview
The Brewing Graduate role is designed to develop the technical, operational, and leadership capability required for a career in brewing. The role supports day-to-day brewing, fermentation, filtration, and quality operations while undertaking structured training across all key processes. The graduate will contribute to producing beer safely, consistently, and efficiently, while gaining a deep understanding of brewing science and large-scale production.
About the Role
- Support the execution of brewhouse, cellar, fermentation and filtration activities in line with production plans.
- Monitor and control brewing processes (e.g., mashing, filtration, boiling, cooling, transfers).
- Complete accurate production, quality, and process control documentation.
- Analyse data from routine quality checks (gravity, pH, COâ‚‚, dissolved oxygen, sensory, microbiology support).
- Ensure all products meet company quality, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Comply with environmental, health and safety regulations.
