About the Role
We are searching for a Supplier Performance Executive who will be instrumental in developing and maintaining a close relationship between C&C and Vinarchy. The role will be an integral point of contact between both businesses to ensure consistent supply of world leading brands to customers throughout GB & IOI.
Reporting into the Commercial Wholesale Project Manager, you will work with autonomy to drive the Joint Business Plans and ensure the correct level of commitment across all departments. You will be responsible for tracking performance and identifying gaps to target, then working with the relevant teams to help them deliver the agreed goals. This will cover the end-to-end supplier and product journey, from forecasting and production planning through to commercial delivery and sales team engagement. You will be comfortable with complex systems and happy to ask questions to strengthen mutual understanding of both businesses.
Key Accountabilities
- Help to create and develop appropriate evaluation criteria in conjunction with stakeholders in both businesses.
- Monitor and report on performance to ensure delivery in line with agreed metrics.
- Work with various teams to build improvement plans, reporting back on progress and performance.
- Collaborate with C&C planning and sales teams to gauge trading and report back customer demand on Vinarchy products
- Work with buying team to analyse market, category and business performance and cost of good reviews.
- Work with trade marketing team to analyse promotional plans and outcomes.
- Support the management of purchase orders and On Time In Full delivery to C&C
- Communicate availability challenges ahead of time so that proactive stock management can take place
- Work with C&C supply teams and depots to stabilise stockholding of Vinarchy products
- Track 3 month rolling customer distribution points or % penetration of Vinarchy wines for key SKUs, in order to enable strategic decision making
- Work with key customers on and off trade in GB and IOI to manage communication and verify distribution gains
- Reporting and validating monthly volumes for independent and national outlets to allow for accurate retro payments
