About Us: CC Cousins is a leading Facilities maintenance provider for commercial and retail properties throughout the South of the UK. We offer a full range of FM services, large projects, PPM and reactive maintenance.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Hanging doors / Fire doors
- Installing handles
- Pannels locks
- Skirtings
- Fences
As you will be within our reactive building fabric department, expectation will be that you have skills throughout the trades. Travel is a key part of the role with a variety of works from small reactive repairs to larger quoted jobs. Completing jobs to a high standard.
Responsibilities and Expectations: Applicants would be expected to be competent in working on their own or in a team.
