Key Responsibilities- Carry out reactive and planned maintenance works across multiple sites.
- Undertake a wide range of tasks including:
- Roofing
- Brickwork
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Decorating
- Tiling
- Minor reactive repairs (e.g. toilet blocks, waste clearance)
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade (Roofing, Carpentry, or Brickwork highly advantageous).
- At least 3 years trade experience.
- Proven multi‑trade maintenance background.
- Ability to work in a reactive, fast‑paced environment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
- £180 - £200 per day.
- Company van and fuel card (business use only).
- Work phone.
- Full company uniform and PPE.
- 7‑day call‑out rota (paid on top of basic salary).
