ABOUT US: CC Cousins are a busy, growing Facilities Solutions company who have been established for more than 40 years. To further enhance our team we are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable GM Mate. Paired along with a Ground Maintenance Engineer, you will assist in various landscaping tasks to ensure the successful completion of projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting with the general upkeep of grass, hedges, trees, weeding, cutting shrubs, litter picking, leaf blowing, fly tip removal.
- Areas include commercial and retail parks.
- General upkeep of commercial areas - outside office car parks, outside shopping centre car parks.
- Sweeping kerbs.
- Ad hoc duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in ground maintenance or related field preferred.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour tasks in various weather conditions.
- Ability to operate petrol landscape equipment (Blowers, Strimmers, and mowers).
- Hard working and polite.
- Attention to detail.
- Follow instructions.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Valid driver's licence (up to 6 points).
