CC Cousins is a leading Facilities maintenance provider for commercial and retail properties throughout the South of the UK. We offer a full range of FM services, large projects, PPM and reactive maintenance.
Key Trades:
- Roofing
- Brickwork
- Carpentry
- Decorating
- Plumbing
- Tiling
- Minor reactive repairs i.e. toilet blocks, waste clearance.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Expected to be competent working alone or in a team, using initiative to solve problems on site.
- Ensure all work is completed within allocated time frame to a high standard and quality.
- Ensure Health and Safety regulations are followed at all times.
- Minimum of NVQ level 2 in a trade (Roofing/ Brickwork highly advantageous).
- Minimum 3 years' trade experience.
- Must have a full UK Licence.
Benefits:

- 7 day call out rota (paid on top of basic salary).
- All positions are FULL TIME.
- Overtime available.
