The Role
CC Cousins provides a one-stop, total facilities maintenance service across the retail and commercial sectors. We are currently looking to attract a qualified plumber to join our Multi-trade/Fabric department. In this role, you will carry out a variety of heating engineering and plumbing duties, including reactive repairs, servicing of boilers and other appliances, installations, and associated works across commercial properties.
CC Cousins are hiring for a Multi Trade Plumber to work on a full-time permanent basis within our Reactive Team. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with trades including:
- Plumbing
Multi-trade responsibilities
- Carpentry
- Decorating
- Brickwork
- Tiling
- Minor reactive repairs i.e. toilet blocks, waste clearance.
Our works are within, South East of the UK, London and home counties. Travel is a key part of the role with a variety of works from small reactive repairs to larger quoted jobs. Completing jobs to a high standard and taking pride in your work is paramount.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Applicants would be expected to be competent in working on their own or in a team and using their initiative to solve a problem when on site.
- Ensure all work is carried out within the allocated time frame and to a high standard and quality.
- Ensure Health and Safety regulations are followed, at all times.
- You should have a minimum of NVQ level 2 in Plumbing (L3 Ideal)
- C&G Qualified
- A minimum 2 years\’ trade experience.
- Must have a full UK Licence
