We are looking to recruit a Multi Trade Engineer to join our Reactive Maintenance Team. The successful candidate will have a core trade in Plumbing or Carpentry, with additional multi-trade skills such as brickwork or roofing highly desirable. The role involves travelling to commercial and retail properties across the South of the UK, carrying out high-quality repairs and maintenance works.

Our services include reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and large-scale projects. We pride ourselves on quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out reactive and planned maintenance works across multiple sites
- Undertake a wide range of tasks including:
- Roofing
- Brickwork
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Decorating
- Tiling
- Minor reactive repairs (e.g. toilet blocks, waste clearance)
- Complete jobs efficiently, safely, and to a high standard
- Work independently or as part of a team, using initiative to resolve on-site issues
- Ensure all works comply with Health & Safety regulations
- Accurately complete job reports and communicate effectively with the office team
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade (Roofing, Carpentry, or Brickwork highly advantageous)
- At least 3 years’ trade experience
- Proven multi-trade maintenance background
- Ability to work in a reactive, fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
