CC Cousins is looking for an organised and proactive Electrical Contracts Coordinator to join our busy Electrical team. You will be the link between our clients, electricians, suppliers and Contracts Manager, helping to make sure electrical jobs are booked, managed and completed smoothly. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will coordinate engineers, speak with clients, order materials, update systems and keep jobs moving from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Scheduling and coordinating electrical engineers
  • Managing reactive, planned and quoted works
  • Speaking with clients and providing progress updates
  • Ordering materials and liaising with suppliers
  • Raising and updating jobs on JobLogic and client portals
  • Monitoring jobs through to completion
  • Preparing quotations, work orders and job documentation
  • Ensuring RAMS and relevant H&S documentation are in place
