Landscape Engineer Ground Maintenance Engineer Starting Salary up to (Apply online only) DOE Contracted 55 hours per week (Salary paid door to door) Annual Salary Β£36,400 Van provided Fuel Card Tools provided Full Time Plenty of overtime available. EXPERIENCE: * Full UK Driving licence Essential (Manual) * PA1 and PA6 certificates (preferred) * Landscape Maintenance Experience * Able to lead THE ROLE: We are a facilities Maintenance provider for the commercial and retail sector, based out of Rochester, covering a geographical area from Portsmouth to Norwich. We cover sites including industrial estates, business parks, retail parks and petrol state forecourts. Your role will include, lawn mowing, hedge trimming, edge strimming, leaf blowing, weeding (PA1&PA6 tickets required/ Training can be provided), clearing kerb lines, waste removal and litter picking. Other additional duties as required. All work areas should be left tidy, and equipment/ van well maintained. You will be required to ensure GM Labourers are provided day to day instructions and are working in a safe, respectful manner. You will take pride in your work and ensure client needs are adhered to. EXPERIENCE: * You will have strong attention to detail * Previous experience in a similar * Hold a manual driving licence. * A large percentage of the role will be driving to locations, so you must be a confident driver. * Happy with early mornings (3am starts) * Reliability SCHEDULE: Full-time position with regular working hours, including occasional weekends or evenings as needed for special projects or emergencies.
