Therole
Youlltakeahands-onapproach to overseeing the finance function for Monarch Foods International Ltd andMonarchFoodsBV,including:
- Overseeingday-to-dayfinanceacrossbothcompanies.
- ManagingandsupportingtheexistingAccountsClerk.
- ManagingSterlingandforeigncurrencypayments,includingEURandUSDtransactions.
- ManagingthecompanysFXrequirements.
- PreparingVATreturnsandmanagingpayroll.
- Producingmonthlymanagementaccounts.
- Preparingyear-endfinancialstatementsandbringingmoreoftheyear-endprocessin-house.
- Managingcompanyfilingsandstatutoryrequirements.
- Providingclearfinancialinformationandmanagementreportingtotheowner.
- Supportingexternalstakeholdersincludingbanks,lawyersandcreditinsurers.
- Reviewingandimprovingfinanceprocessesandprocedures.
Whatwerelookingfor
- Demonstrableexperiencemanagingforeigncurrencytransactions,particularlyEURandUSD.
- PreviousexperienceasanAccountant,ManagementAccountantorsimilar.
- Strongday-to-dayaccountingandfinancialadministrationexperience.

- Goodunderstandingofstatutoryrequirementsandcompanyfilings.
- Previousexperienceworkingwithinanimport/export,internationaltrading,wholesaleorsimilarbusinesswouldbebeneficial.
