Job Description

This fantastic publishing house is looking for a Subscription Marketing Manager to develop and execute global, and localised, marketing strategies for new customer acquisition across both online and offline channels to drive subscription growth across all packages.

  • Acquiring new subscribers through targeted campaigns.
  • Creating and implementing subscription acquisition marketing plans, including customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Work with other teams to implement CRO initiatives and to develop targeted acquisition campaigns for different customer segments, including registered user conversion, new user acquisition and lapsed customer reactivation.
  • Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics (CPA, conversion rate, LTV).
  • Utilising data analytics tools and dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and optimize future strategies.

Experience needed for this role:

  • Proven experience of global acquisition marketing management, both online and offline marketing channels, focussing on customer acquisition and subscription-based business models.
  • Experience of planning, implementing, managing and reporting on all marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of a variety of marketing channels, including paid advertising, email marketing, social media, telemarketing, partnerships and content marketing.
  • Confident in data analysis and be able to manipulate and present to stakeholders
  • Attention to detail is vital and be exceptionally organised and target driven

Hybrid working – 3 days a week in London office.
