This leading Social Media agency is looking for a Social Media Account Director who can blend data, creativity, and a touch of TikTok magic to help brands connect with millions. The role will involve:
- Leading organic strategy for brands
- Launching TikTok influencer campaigns
- Driving growth for global brands on TikTok Shop
- Leading social strategies and strategic partnerships
- Directing influencer and creator activity
- Overseeing content and developing your team
Experience necessary:
- Social media - content formats, trends, communities, algorithms and how brands grow organically
- Agency experience with a track record of managing successful Social Media accounts
- Being the senior contact for clients - leading calls, setting direction and building trusted relationships
- Confidently challenging ideas, making strategic recommendations and keeping clients focused on long-term growth
- Managing and/or leading a team, setting expectations, mentoring and helping others grow
- Calm under pressure, proactive with solutions, and adaptable when direction changes quickly
