Social Media Account Director

This leading Social Media agency is looking for a Social Media Account Director who can blend data, creativity, and a touch of TikTok magic to help brands connect with millions, from leading organic strategy for brands, to launching a TikTok influencer campaign, or driving growth for global brands on TikTok Shop

The role will involve leading social strategies, strategic partnerships, direction influencer and creator activity, oversee content and leading & develop your team.

Experience necessary –

• Social media – content formats, trends, communities, algorithms and how brands grow organically.
• Agency experience with a track record of managing successful Social Media accounts
• Been the senior contact for clients – leading calls, setting direction and building trusted relationships.
• Confident challenging ideas, making strategic recommendations and keeping clients focused on long-term growth.
• Managed and / or led a team, setting expectations, mentoring and helping others grow.
• Calm under pressure, proactive with solutions, and adaptable when direction changes quickly.

Remote – MUST BE UK based as occasional client visits.
