This fabulous full-service digital agency who design and build exceptional digital experiences is looking for a Senior Digital Account Manager, who is passionate about building great relationships and delivering awesome work to join their client services team to work with their household brands clientele.
You will build strong relationships at all levels, grow and retain client accounts, working with them to find the best solution to meet their goals and solve their problems. From end-to-end digital delivery, business strategy, through UX/UI design, eCommerce and App development, CMS and ongoing optimisation.
What we are looking for in you:
- At least 5 years' experience working in a digital agency in an account, client success or client services team.
- Have worked on the full end to end process of websites, apps, complex CMS or digital product for clients.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Genuine passion for and an understanding of digital.
Hybrid Working in Central London – 3 days a week in the office / 2 from home.
