This fantastic publishing house is looking for a Subscription Marketing Manager to develop and execute global, and localised, marketing strategies for new customer acquisition across both online and offline channels to drive subscription growth across all packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring new subscribers through targeted campaigns.
  • Creating and implementing subscription acquisition marketing plans, including customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Working with other teams to implement CRO initiatives and to develop targeted acquisition campaigns for different customer segments, including registered user conversion, new user acquisition and lapsed customer reactivation.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and tracking key metrics (CPA, conversion rate, LTV).
  • Utilising data analytics tools and dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and optimize future strategies.

Experience needed for this role:

  • Proven experience of global acquisition marketing management, both online and offline marketing channels, focussing on customer acquisition and subscription-based business models.
  • Experience of planning, implementing, managing and reporting on all marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of a variety of marketing channels, including paid advertising, email marketing, social media, telemarketing, partnerships and content marketing.
  • Confident in data analysis and able to manipulate and present to stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail is vital and be exceptionally organised and target driven.

Hybrid working – 3 days a week in London office.
