This leading non-profit, independent residential estate management company is looking for a Head of Estates / Estate Manager to look after the stock of over 150 exclusive and beautifully landscaped developments across London and the Home Counties.

  • Leading a team of 8 Area Managers.
  • Measure, review and monitor estate performance against health and safety, financial regulations and internal policies and procedures.
  • Managing budgets and service charge payments.
  • Identifying ways to achieve cost efficiencies through strategy, contractor selection and contract negotiation.

Experience needed:

  • Experience with leases, budgeting, compliance and major works.
  • Leasehold management and budget experience.
  • Experience of managing a team.
  • Property Management & Estate Management experience.
  • Property management qualifications.
