This leading non-profit, independent residential estate management company is looking for a Head of Estates / Estate Manager to look after the stock of over 150 exclusive and beautifully landscaped developments across London and the Home Counties.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of 8 Area Managers.
- Measuring, reviewing and monitoring estate performance against health and safety, financial regulations and internal policies and procedures.
- Managing budgets and service charge payments.
- Identifying ways to achieve cost efficiencies through strategy, contractor selection and contract negotiation.
Experience needed:
- Experience with leases, budgeting, compliance and major works.
- Leasehold management and budget experience.
- Experience of managing a team.
- Property Management & Estate Management experience.
- Property management qualifications.
