This leading fan-to-fan ticket exchange platform is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join their Engineering Department where you will make sure their platform is reliable, performant, and resilient. Bridging the gap between development and production, being the primary advocate for the service's health, ensuring that each update is as stable as it is innovative.
We are looking for someone that has:
- Proven track record in a DevOps or SRE role, preferably within a marketplace or high-availability platform.
- Experience managing environments and production accounts within AWS.
- Strong Unix / Linux, DevOps, containers, networking, system security.
- Experience of looking after iOS and Android platforms.
- Data analytics and monitoring tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, or specialized APM tools) to inform reliability decisions.
- Able to work within Agile frameworks and modern software development lifecycles (SDLC).
This is mainly remote with 1-2 days a quarter in the office – MUST BE A UK RESIDENT.
