A leading FM service provider is seeking a Shift Leader to join a high-profile, mixed-use development in the heart of central London. The site brings together premium office space, flagship retail, and luxury residential living, all maintained to an exceptional standard.
You will be part of a dedicated, site-based engineering team within a technically advanced, business-critical environment. Working in a small shift team of one to two engineers, you will take responsibility for both the technical and operational delivery on shift, ensuring plant performance, compliance, and a consistently high level of service across the building.
