Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking for a prestigious role in the heart of Central London?
I have an excellent opportunity to join a leading facilities maintenance company, delivering building services to a high-profile building in Marble Arch on behalf of a major property management company.
The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, ensuring statutory compliance and the smooth day-to-day operation of a landmark commercial building. This is a fantastic chance to work within a professional environment, supporting some of the UK's most prestigious blue-chip companies and financial institutions.
Hours
Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm
Requirements
- Apprentice-trained with a strong mechanical background
- City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (Mechanical) or equivalent qualification
- HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
- Confident and professional manner - client-facing experience essential
Key Duties
- Mechanical PPM and reactive maintenance throughout the building
- Mechanical PPM on AHUs, FCUs, pumps, cooling towers and associated plant
- Maintenance of FCUs, AHUs, HVAC plant and associated building services
- Water treatment and statutory compliance tasks
- Serving both landlord and tenanted areas across a prestigious estate
- Working collaboratively within a small, dedicated maintenance team to deliver an exceptional service
Package
- Basic salary up to Β£47,000
