An exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Service Provider on a mobile basis covering tenanted areas of commercial offices across the South East of England. The successful candidates will be electrically qualified (C&G Level 3 Electrical or mechanical) and will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working alongside the maintenance teams on site, he or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance across tenanted areas for multiple clients.
This is a cover role so you will have your own portfolio but will cover other portfolios when other members of the team are away and may be asked to work on other sites to help with additional workloads.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday β 08:00am to 17:00pm

Key duties & Responsibilities:
- Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballasts, Control panel, Power distribution)
- Emergency lighting tests
- Air Handling Units
- Building Management Systems
- Air Conditioning equipment
- Cold Water systems
- Heating and Ventilation systems
- Emergency lighting
- Fan Coil Units
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
- Escort / organise sub contractors
- Attend client meetings if required
- Ensure site log books are kept up to date
Requirements:
- Electrically or mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3
- City & Guilds - 17th / 18th Edition
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Full UK Manual Drivers Licence with less than 6 points (Occasional use of a cover / pool vehicle)
