You will take ownership of water treatment services across a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements – delivering high service standards. Package: Competitive salary up to £39,000 per annum (depending on experience) Van & fuel card supplied Core hours are Monday – Friday (40 hours per week) 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Generous workplace pension scheme Training, development & progression opportunities Responsibilities: Supervise the delivery of water treatment services including legionella control, closed-loop systems, cooling towers and domestic systems Conduct site audits and inspections to ensure compliance with ACoP L8, HSG274 and other relevant standards Manage a team of water treatment technicians, providing leadership, scheduling, and performance management Liaise with clients, site managers and compliance teams to deliver clear reports and recommendations Maintain accurate logs, asset registers, and compliance documentation in line with regulatory requirements Requirements: Significant experience in water treatment within the facilities management or building services industry Strong knowledge of water hygiene regulations, including ACoP L8 and HSG274 Parts 1-3 Experience supervising or managing field-based technicians Relevant water hygiene/legionella control qualifications (e.g. City & Guilds, WMSoc) Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites Interested?
